DESCRIPTION:This future-focused session will introduce a flexible and comprehensive lung screening solution and explore how emerging radiogenomics approaches may extend the role of CT in diagnostics beyond detection towards non-invasive characterisation of tumour biology in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Drawing on collaborative research with NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde and the University of Glasgow\, the presentation will outline ongoing work to investigate whether routine CT imaging can help predict tumour mutation status and support more rapid diagnostic assessment. \n\nThe session will describe the technological direction of this work\, its potential clinical relevance\, and the possible value it may offer to patients\, clinicians\, and healthcare providers.
